“Our Love is Here to Stay”! However, if with 10 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for an one time exchange or refund of its value.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, some sellers might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.
To return items by mail
To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions on the packing slip (mailed upon acceptance of return). If you have any questions, please contact customerservice@eggkandy.com.
When returning an item, please complete the return form on back of the packing slip included with your shipment. Include the completed packing slip with your return to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately. Use a shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to:

Proof of purchase is always required for a refund for eligible items. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of proof of purchase:

Our products are hand crafted abroad. Multicolor pieces may vary due to the handmade craftsmanship of each product. A variation in paint color or shape of color does not qualify as a defect, but instead is a characteristic of eggkandies being uniquely crafted. Shipping Surcharges
Size and weight on items bear a shipping charge. Shipping charges are shown on the products page before you place an item in your shopping cart, and will be added to the total shipping cost of your order. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless an item is damaged due to shipping.
Shipping to Multiple Locations in United States
Shipment to P.O Boxes and multiple locations from a single order is not available. Separate orders must be placed for each delivery address.
Shipping Outside of United States
Shipment and delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
