Care & Use

Cleaning:

  • Hand-wash Eggkandies with mild soap, dry immediately. Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads. Oven safe to 400 degrees F/204.4 degrees C. 

  • Eggkandies are Dishwasher safe but we at eggkandy recommend Hand-washing. 

  • Allow dish to cool before washing.

  • Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

Refrigerator:

Eggkandies can also go from the fridge (safe to 18C) to the oven—the key is that it’s a cold oven. Put the frozen eggkadies in the cold oven and then set the temperature, so the dish and oven heat together. 

 

Everyday Use: 

It's designed for high volume and that's important if you're cooking for lots of people.

Baking and serving pot roast, lasagna, popcorn, biscuits, baked beans, soups and chili’s, pastries or Grandmas home made cookies, the choice is yours for many meals!  Using Eggkandy is a unique way to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus it looks gorgeous on your table!

 

DONT’s: 

  • Avoid direct heat: Most stoneware is not made for direct heat—do not use Eggkandies on a burner or grill.

  • Avoid submerging Eggkandies in water for extended periods of time. This can cause damage to the metal ring.
